Cooksey's original curriculum is currently being used as part of a 2 semester hour required course for teacher certification in a midwestern college, in public and private schools in the United States and Canada, as well as in a community school for adult professionals in Israel. But you don't have to be a teacher to teach. You just have to care for the student you wish to instruct.
