The free online program my late wife, Janae, and I began in 1994 was totally supported by the work of our own hands and by a few close friends from the first day we began holding live classes right up through today.
In December of 1999, we were approved for 501(c)3 non-profit status as a NV non-profit corporation. Afterwards, we continued operating the free online classes that have currently benefited over 50,000 students worldwide. Unfortunately, our success in gaining extra support by supplying a tax deduction for each donation via the non-profit status was not assisting us in attaining the extra financial help we needed to continue and expand our goal of reaching more and more students. In 2006, I personally chose to discontinue the extra annual expense of paying a fee to the organization covering our status, the cost of keeping the corporation in good standing with the State of Nevada and the large amount paid each year to a professional business serving as the corporation's resident agent and corporation consultant. The funds I would have had to spend for these extra costs were then able to be used for direct expenses related to keeping the free online program in operation and available for students worldwide via the internet.
I am always thrilled to have others partner with me in this venture. The entire cost factor of running the USA Reading School is totally dependent upon the resources which come in from those who engage my personal skills and talents, plus there are a couple of private individuals who know the need and assist when they are able. Step One:

to make your payment by using your Visa Card, MasterCard, Discovercard or American Express Card.
Step Three:
Tell the Western Union representative you want to send a cash amount of $75.00 PAYABLE ONLY to CHARLES W. COOKSEY (Bill Cooksey's full name) to be accepted at a Western Union location in Las Vegas, Nevada or the city or town listed in Step One.
Step Four:
After the representative on the phone has finished preparing the paperwork to send the requested funds, you will be given a Western Union Transaction Number which you should make sure you keep for your records.
Step Five:
The Western Union Finance Charge for handling and sending a sum of seventy-five dollars will be twenty-five dollars. Added together that makes a total of one-hundred dollars which is the amount that will be charged to your credit card.
Step Six:

Because you will be speaking with a live person when sending the funds by phone, you may find this a more reassuring process since you will receive a live confirmation from a live person.
