SUPERVISOR'S TEST

Are you qualified to be a supervisor? Or are you willing to learn how to follow directions, read instructions, prepare ahead and present text material in as creative a way as possible to the best of your ability?

****One of the main objectives to this test is to show your abilities in following exact instructions. Our course is comprised of numerous instructions and many directions.

Therefore, our evaluation of your test results will determine which program we feel you will be most comfortable with and which kind of program will be more advantageous for you and your student.****

The Supervisor's Test should be taken by the supervisor BEFORE any of the lessons to Step One are studied and before the supervisor teaches any student. Therefore, we have sent you this URL (internet address) so that you can take this test first.

We will send you the lessons according to your test results. The results will help us to evaluate which type of program will be most successful in fulfilling your goals for teaching phonics. You may receive the URL to our entire curriculum guide to our Step One program OR you may receive the URL to an alternate site of study which will better prepare you and your student to more easily accomplish your goal of teaching reading.
